Hi Mia! Now THIS looks just the thing for my {cough} diet right now. All that meat and cheese in Le Marche left me feeling like slug, albeit, a contented one!
I read through the ingredients like a checklist, yup, yup, and yup all the way to the end. Our fishmonger is still holding that 50% off special on Mondays and Tuesdays...I can't wait to get back there again! Thanks so much for posting the recipe. :-)

Hi Mia,
This looks delicious! My parents makes a similar salsa for pan fried fish. They fry some garlic, shallots and chillies with some oil until fragrant and mix it with chopped coriander, spring onions, a pinch of sugar and soy sauce. Then pour it over the fish. Yumm.

Hi Rowena! You're back! 50% off? Are you joking! Can you get ANY MORE lucky!? :))))
Anyway, glad to be of service, hope you enjoy it and post when you make it!
Hey Ilingc! How've you been? Your parents dish sounds fantastic, I'm going to try it right away. It's a nice asian take on salsa, with the coriander, sugar and soy. Must smell incredible when it's being made! Thanks for coming by.

It sounds just delicious. I love fresh mint. Sigh, we could never get fresh fish like this here.
