I woke up this morning and found myself in a different season -- today feels more like October than one of the last days of July. This kind of cool, crisp weather inspires rumblings for a lunch more substantial. It's tea and noodles at the computer weather. When I was in Thailand, I'd often opt for a relatively plain but satisfying dish of noodles sauteed with garlic, chilies, and thai basil.

Another thing that's on my mind: can someone please tell me ... how do food bloggers have time to work at their jobs and still participate in the mind-boggling number of food blogging challenges and events? Monday through Friday, I'm sitting at the computer working most of the day, otherwise I'm doing housework or errands. I can't imagine sitting at the computer all night too. Maybe I'm too disorganized.
Has an extra day been invented that I don't know about?
