Isn't it wonderful just to be inspired by your surroundings. Like a writer sitting in a small cafe in Paris or an artist visiting a great museum or gallery. We weirdo cooks are inspired by ingredients, available fresh at corner markets or in gardens. It's a wonderful feeling, no?

Definitely -- i get lost when choosing ingredients, flooded with ideas. you can't help but think of all the wonderful dishes you can make with such lovely ingredients.

It's a Thai Krok! You must make a Thai dish to christen it--a Guacamole wouldn't do, I'm afraid. I'm sure you can find a recipe chez moi to try this with, no?
